Coaching football is a joy and a passion, but it has never been an end in itself. I believe that my role as coach is to help my players become successful. This extends far beyond the immediacy of the playing fields. It is important to me that those I have the privilege to coach develop as men and citizens. I strive to show them they can do things they did not think possible; they can change their lives and the lives of their future family.
